Show night

Concert evening at Casino New Brunswick

A concert at the Molson Canadian Centre in Casino New Brunswick follows fixed steps from the highway to the seat. This page sets them out in order, and the tool beside it times each step from the showtime, box office included.

Drivers on the Trans-Canada Highway, Route 2, take exit 450, the Magnetic Hill exit, for Casino New Brunswick. The complex operates all year. Parking on the site costs nothing, and there is plenty of it. The casino publishes no shuttle and no bus route to Casino Drive.

The venue asks people to arrive early. Entry lines and security checks take time, and arriving at showtime can mean missing part of the show. No doors-open time is published. The fixed point on the clock is the box office, which opens 90 minutes before showtime.

Box office hours and Mobile Entry

Ticketmaster is the one authorised seller of Molson Canadian Centre tickets. The venue warns that tickets bought from other sellers may be fraudulent. Entry runs on Mobile Entry, with the phone itself serving as the ticket. The venue suggests saving the tickets to the phone before the event.

From 90 minutes before showtime, and on select weekdays, the box office is open. The venue still advises buying ahead. Any sign or banner over an artist's limit also goes there, to be held or thrown away. Those rules may change up to the day of the show.

    Inside the hall

A guest may leave the hall during a Molson Canadian Centre event and come back in. Aisles have to stay clear while the show runs: no standing, sitting or dancing in them. Outside food and drink stay out, water included. Limited concessions are sold inside, and water comes from the bars.

Anything left behind is collected at the box office after the show. Later on, security holds it. Bags, backpacks, cameras, drones and recording devices are not allowed into shows, so they stay in the car.

    When the show ends

Separate entry rules apply to the casino floor, which is its own area. Visitors need to be at least 19 and to carry valid government photo ID; acceptable examples are a provincial ID card, a passport or a driver's licence. A guest who appears to be under 30 can be asked for a second document, such as a provincial health card, or a debit or credit card.

Slot machines run until 2 AM on nights that begin Sunday to Thursday, and until 3 AM on Friday or Saturday nights. The hotel is joined to the casino, and check-in starts at 4 PM for guests 19 or older.
